Numbers You Can Verify
Every production batch is tested before it ships, and the report travels with your order.
-
No Oil-Bleed Surprises
Low-volatile formulation designed to keep bleed and outgassing down across the service life.
-
Gentle on Your Assembly
Soft grades that conform at low pressure — no stressed joints, no bowed boards.
One Supplier for Every Thermal Interface
Six product families from one factory — match the form factor to your gap, then validate with free samples.

Thermal Gap Pads
Compressible pads for gaps and uneven interfaces — 1.2–25 W/mK across the range, standard grades 6–20 W/mK on this page.

Thermal Grease
High-conductivity paste for thin bond lines and serviceable joints, 1.2–9.5 W/mK.

Graphene Thermal Pads
Graphene-film pads for demanding heat-spreading paths, 130 W/mK.

Thermal Insulation Pads
Electrically insulating interface pads for power semiconductors, 1.2–7.5 W/mK.

Dispensable Thermal Gel
One- and two-part gels for automated dispensing on production lines, 1.2–20 W/mK.

Potting Compound
Thermally conductive encapsulants for sealed assemblies, 1.2–4.0 W/mK.
Check the Grade Table Yourself
Six standard gap pad grades from 6 to 20 W/mK, all in soft Shore OO silicone. Per-grade thickness and hardness below — every value comes off our own batch test reports, not a brochure. Need lower conductivity, a thinner sheet or a different hardness? We formulate to your stack-up.
| Grade | Thermal Conductivity (W/mK) | Thickness | Hardness — customisable (Shore OO) | Request Sample |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| JIUJU6600 | 6 | 0.5 – 8.0 mm0.020 – 0.315 in | 15 – 60 | |
| JIUJU6800 | 8 | 0.5 – 8.0 mm0.020 – 0.315 in | 30 – 60 | |
| JIUJU6X00 | 10 | 0.5 – 6.0 mm0.020 – 0.236 in | 35 – 60 | |
| JIUJU6X20 | 12 | 0.5 – 5.0 mm0.020 – 0.197 in | 35 – 60 | |
| JIUJU6X50 | 15 | 0.5 – 5.0 mm0.020 – 0.197 in | 40 – 70 | |
| JIUJU62X0 | 20 | 0.5 – 5.0 mm0.020 – 0.197 in | 40 – 70 |
Tell us your gap — we'll match a grade
Share your gap, pressure and target performance — or just the part number you run today. Free samples of the matched grade ship in days, no commitment.

The Number You Designed Around Is the Number That Arrives
Every production batch is tested before it ships and the report travels with your order — datasheet claims are easy to print, batch reports are not. Third-party verification is supported on request, so your line runs on measured performance, not brochure numbers.

Formulated for What Happens After Inspection
Silicone oil migration contaminates optics, connectors and conformal coatings long after assembly passes QC. Our pads use a low-volatile formulation — bleed and outgassing data available on request — so sealed enclosures and optical assemblies stay clean across the service life.

Soft Pads That Don't Load Your Components
A pad that needs heavy clamping force stresses solder joints and bows boards. Our soft grades compress at low pressure and conform to uneven, multi-level surfaces — send your gap and pressure and we share the compression data for your exact stack-up.
Where These Pads Are Designed to Work
Industrial heat paths in volume production — if your application is on this list, we have sized material for it.

EV & Three-Wheeler Systems
Battery packs, on-board chargers and motor controllers in EVs and electric three-wheelers.

Energy Storage
Cell-to-plate and PCS cooling paths in residential and utility-scale storage systems.

Power Supplies
MOSFET and IGBT-to-heatsink interfaces in industrial and server power units.

Telecom Equipment
Sealed outdoor units that shed heat through the enclosure wall, not a fan.

LiDAR & Optics
Heat paths around optical modules where oil migration is unacceptable.

Industrial Drives
Inverters and servo drives that live through years of thermal cycling.

Start From the Grade That Fits Your Application
A starting point, not a prescription — send your gap, pressure and power and our engineers confirm the grade for your exact stack-up.
A word from our founder
“Every batch we ship is tested before it leaves the floor, and the report travels with your order. If a grade isn't right for your stack-up, tell us — we'd rather size it properly than watch a pilot batch fail. Send your specs and I'll make sure the right engineer picks it up.”
Sourcing Questions, Answered
The questions engineers and buyers ask before the first order — answered straight.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 1,000 pcs. For projects still in development we run smaller pilot quantities, and for ongoing accounts MOQ is flexible — tell us where you are in the project and we quote accordingly. Evaluation samples carry no MOQ.
Can you cut custom thicknesses and shapes?
Yes. The standard grades in the table above ship from 0.5 mm to 8.0 mm depending on the grade; outside that, we cut from 0.3 mm up to 15 mm on request. Pads are produced in sheets and die-cut to your outline — standard tolerance ±10%, tightened to ±5% where the design needs it. Standard die-cut shapes carry no tooling fee. Send a drawing or even a hand sketch.
How do I verify the W/mK you claim?
Ask for the batch shipment report — every production batch is tested before shipment, and the report covers thermal conductivity, hardness, dimensions and any parameter you flag. RoHS, REACH and halogen testing is renewed yearly with third-party labs, and we support third-party verification of performance data if your QA requires it.
How does replacing our current Bergquist or 3M pad work?
Send the part number you use today. We map it to the closest grade on the specs that matter for your stack-up, send free samples, and you validate side by side before switching anything in production.
How long do samples take, and what do they cost?
Evaluation samples are free for qualified projects — tell us the application and rough volume, and we confirm the sample plan with your quote. Die-cut samples ship in as fast as 3–5 working days once the grade is confirmed.
Do you ship to India, the US and Europe?
Yes — we supply export markets including India, the US and Italy. Production runs ship in 8–15 days; in peak season large orders ship in scheduled batches so your line is never waiting on a single delivery. Incoterms and logistics are confirmed with your quote.
What about quality claims and batch traceability?
Every shipment is traceable to its production batch and its test report. If material is out of spec against that report, we replace it — claim terms are agreed in writing in the supply terms before your first order.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T is our standard settlement method, and terms are agreed per order and per account. For a first order we normally work on a deposit plus balance basis; for ongoing accounts we are open to terms that fit your procurement process. Tell us what your company normally works to and we confirm everything in writing with your quote — before you commit to anything.
